Either party may terminate the player account relationship at any time. You may close your gb997 account voluntarily by submitting a written closure request to the gb997 support team via live chat or email. gb997 may suspend or permanently close your account at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, KYC failure, responsible gaming concerns, or inactivity.

Where you request voluntary account closure and there is a remaining real-money balance (excluding locked bonus funds) in your account, gb997 will process a withdrawal to your verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing time, provided all outstanding wagering requirements have been met and no active investigations are pending. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

• Voluntary Closure: You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Please note that closure does not automatically cancel any active self-exclusion periods; self-exclusion requests are handled separately through the Responsible Gaming tools.
• Inactive Accounts: An account that has not been logged into for a continuous period of 12 months is considered inactive. gb997 may apply a monthly inactivity fee of ৳100 to inactive accounts with a real-money balance, after providing 30 days' notice by email to the address registered on the account.
• Suspended Accounts: Where gb997 suspends your account pending investigation, access to the Platform and withdrawal of funds will be restricted during the suspension period. gb997 will endeavour to complete its investigation within 30 days and will communicate the outcome to you via email.
• Closed Accounts: Where gb997 permanently closes your account due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining will be treated in accordance with the specific grounds for closure. Balances may be withheld where fraud, money laundering, or serious misconduct is established.
• Right of Appeal: If you believe your account has been suspended or closed in error, you may submit a written appeal to [email protected] within 30 days of receiving notification. gb997 will review appeals within 14 business days.
